The farm, which was owned by Samuel Birdsal (alternate spelling for the name &quot;Birdsall&quot;) contained about one hundred and thirty acres of land and cut over 100 loads of hay per year. It also included a house, barn, fruit trees, and had a brook running through the property. ]]></dcterms:description>
