A photograph of a plaque for the parrott gun located at Village Hall in Rockville Centre, New York. The inscription states "Presented to the Village of Rockville Centre through Rockville Centre Council No. 8 D. CF.L by the War Dept. 30 for Parrott Gun weight 3475 lbs. Did good service during the Civil War on gun boat Neptune. Mounted May 1905"
