A color photograph of the Dutch Colonial house located at 112 Ocean Avenue in Amityville, New York. In 1974, Ronald DeFeo, Jr. shot and killed six members of his family in the house. A subsequent book was written about the house and the alleged paranormal activities experienced by the Lutz family who lived there.
