Description
Articles of agreement between John C. Birdsall, on the one part, and Samuel and Willetts Seaman, on the other part. The terms of the agreement lay out the conditions for Birdsall's rental of his general store, which was located in Jerusalem (present-day Wantagh), to the Seamans. All three parties lived in Jerusalem.
