View of a house named “Cute,” which has a sign that reads, “Tea House,” over the porch on the second floor. Message and addressee information, both handwritten, on verso. Note: The house, located on Merrick Road and owned by impresario Edgar L. Morrison, was right next door to “Caprice,” another house owned by Morrison. Caprice was named after one of Morrison’s six daughters. (B&W)
